After conducting a few mediations since coming to the bar, I have become a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme (NMAS).

If you are looking for a mediator, I am available for any range of matters at flexible rates as required by the circumstances, including for smaller matters or half day mediations.

I am available for all commercial or related matters.

I take a reasonably direct and common sense approach to mediation with a real focus on looking forward to achieve a result, if one is at all open.  I do so in a similar manner as I have conducted mediations on behalf of clients as Counsel.
